Information We Collect

When you submit an enquiry or continue through a gated booking link, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, email, phone number, location, preferred contact method, timing, service interest, and message. Do not include medical records or sensitive health details that are not needed for the clinic to respond.

Clinic applicants and owners may also provide business contact, account, listing, and billing-administration information. Our server may record limited outbound-click information such as destination, time, referring page, browser or device details, and a pseudonymous network identifier for short-window duplicate prevention.

How We Use Your Information

Enquiry information is used to connect you with the clinic you selected and to operate the enquiry service. Your submitted contact details and message are forwarded to that clinic so it can respond.

Information may also be accessed by authorised PeptideFinder personnel for support, fraud prevention, delivery, dispute handling, reporting, and billing administration. We do not sell patient enquiry data or use the health details in an enquiry for unrelated advertising.

Service Providers and Overseas Processing

We use service providers to host and operate the site, store records, send email, process clinic-owner payments, and measure site use when you consent. Current providers include Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Stripe, and Google. They may process information in Australia, the United States, or other countries where they operate, under their own policies and our service arrangements.

Data Retention

We retain records only for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, administer clinic accounts and billing, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records. Different record types may have different retention periods.

You may request access, correction, or deletion at any time. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, accounting, dispute, or legal reasons.

Clinic Listings

Clinic information displayed on PeptideFinder is sourced from publicly available information and from information provided directly by clinics. Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of their own listing information.

Cookies

Google Analytics remains off unless you accept optional analytics. If accepted, it may receive page, referral, device, approximate-location, and interaction data. Advertising storage is disabled by our configuration. We also use session storage for campaign attribution after consent and local storage to remember your analytics choice.

We always collect anonymous, cookieless page-view counts (via Vercel Analytics and our own first-party counters). These store nothing on your device and cannot identify you.

Essential cookies may still be used for market selection, security, clinic-owner authentication, and account sessions. You can reopen Privacy choices in the footer at any time.

Your Rights (Australian Privacy Act)

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you and may request deletion. Rights and required response processes depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
